Blaise Thiercelin
Blaise Thiercelin has been a photographer for over 30 years. In his youth, the artist set up a small laboratory at his parents' home to develop his silver photos. He nurtured this passion during his studies, witnessing the carefree years, and on his many travels, bringing back superb images of subjects as diverse as Sri Lankan fishermen and Icelandic moors.
Blaise's photographic work consists of portraits taken on the spur of the moment, moments captured in the center of Madrid where he lives, and which he enjoys discovering and rediscovering as he strolls through it, camera in hand.
Touched by the personalities of the passers-by he meets, Blaise likes to see commonalities of style emerge, seeing them as a way of perceiving the vibrant spirit of Madrid.
